The Humboldt University's Team for the 19th / 9th (east) Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

There were rarely as many applications for the participation in the Willem C. Vis Moot Court as this year. After countless interviews, video conferences and telephone calls we are happy to finally have a team, consisting of 8 students of the Humboldt-University of Berlin: Hermann Dahlitz, Michael Epping, Katharina Jünger, Adrian Lingens, Robin Matzke, Stephan Rauch, Lisa Schmidt and Marc Sonntag began to draft the Memorandum for Claimant on 7 October 2011. After long and intensive weeks of work they submitted the Memorandum for Claimant as well as the Memorandum for Respondent and are currently preparing for the oral arguments in Hong Kong and Vienna.
