Greta Kahl

Greta is a second-year law student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. She has interned at a law firm specialised in asylum law and is an advisor at Refugee Law Clinic e.V. She has spent two years studying abroad in the United States. Greta speaks English fluently, has good knowledge of French and Sorbian and basic knowledge of Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing the piano and dancing.

Lasse Rambow

Lasse is a student of English and German Law in his fourth year at King’s College London and Humboldt Universität zu Berlin as part of the Double-Degree-Program (LL.B./Staatsexamen). Before his studies, he travelled Australia and New Zealand for a year. He has gained experience in an international law firm and works for a legal tech firm based in Berlin. Lasse is second executive vice president of the Anglo-German Law Society e.V. and plays football for the law faculty`s team (JFK). In his free time, he plays the drums, the guitar and enjoys travelling.

Isabelle Rasp

Isabelle is a third-year law student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where she attended several courses in American business law. She is a student assistant to Prof. Dr. Paulus, LL.M (Berkeley). Isabelle participated in a Model EU conference on the refugee crisis as well as in a comparative law seminar on social justice through market regulation, held at Latvija University in Riga. After graduating from high school, she lived and worked in Panama for a year. Isabelle is fluent in English, has good knowledge of Spanish and obtained a proficiency certificate in Ancient Greek. She is a former gymnast and interested in sports, culture and history.

Puya Samadi Ahadi

Puya is a fourth-year law student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a major in intellectual property law. He gathered international experiences during his exchange year in the USA as well as through his work for the exchange organisation 'Youth for Understanding (YFU)', where he worked with exchange students from all across the world. Puya is fluent in English and Farsi and possesses basic communication skills in French and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and basketball as well as traveling, singing and reading.

Marten Tönjes

Marten is in his fourth year studying law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as part of the Double-Degree-Program with King’s College London. He has participated in the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot in 2015, is a King’s College Undergraduate Research Fellow on a project on the theory of arbitration and has interned at a leading commercial law firm in Frankfurt. He is fluent in English, has basic knowledge in Spanish and has obtained a proficiency certificate in Latin. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and windsurfing.

Ann-Kristin Wagner

Ann-Kristin is in her second year studying law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and has completed two foreign law courses on American law. During her studies, she worked for a law firm specialised in energy law and participated in an exchange program with the Latvian University of Riga on the topic of market regulation. Further, Ann-Kristin has spent one year in the United States during High School. She is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French. Ann-Kristin is politically active and has been a member of a dance group for many years. She is also interested in art and literature and enjoys outdoor activities in her free time.

Philipp Keul

Philipp Keul (Coach)

Fourth-year law student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a major in the Law of Markets and Contracts. Intern at the Landtag of Hesse, the Bundestag as well as an international corporate law firm. Student assistant at a Berlin law firm. Participant in the 24th/14th Vis Moot, reached the round of 16 and was awarded an honourable mention as a speaker in Hong Kong. Fluent in English and proficient in Latin.

Juliane Reschke

Juliane Reschke, LL.B., B.A. (Coach)

Legal trainee at the District Court Potsdam and research assistant in a law firm specialised in arbitration and corporate law. Worked at various Berlin-based law firms, the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and at a Chilean NGO. Graduated from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a First State Exam in Law, with a major in Legal Advice and Contract in Civil Law Matters. Completed exchange at Universidad de Chile, Santiago. Graduated from Maastricht University with a LL.B. in European Law and a B.A. in European Studies. Member of the 20th/10th Vis Moot Team of HU, reached the round of 8 and was awarded an honourable mention as speaker in Hong Kong. Executive officer of the Humboldt Moot Association. Fluent in English, Dutch and Spanish, good knowledge of French.

Julian Zoller

Julian Zoller, J.D. (University of Sydney) (Coach)

Legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. Worked at leading international law firms in Frankfurt, Sydney, Tokyo and Berlin. Obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney. Graduated from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a First State Exam in Law, specialising in European and International Private and Business Law. Completed Erasmus exchange at University College Dublin. Oralist in the semi-finals of the 20th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2012/2013 in Vienna. Fluent in English, basic knowledge of French.

Tobias A. Strecker

Tobias A. Strecker (Academic Guidance)

Managing Director of the Research Institute for Legal Practice at the Law Faculty of Humboldt-University. Studied in Tübingen and at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Completed his Referendary at the Kammergericht Berlin with stages in the arbitration department of a renowned law firm in Stuttgart and at the ICDR in New York. Participated in the Vis Moot and coached several teams for the Vis Moot and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Lecturer at Hokkaido University, Japan. Since 2011 Lecturer at Humboldt-University. Since 2017 Managing Director of the Research Institute for Legal Practice. He advises clients in matters of contract law, company law and national and international disputes.
